1.0 definitions 
1.1 The 'customer' 'Client' refers to the person or organisation placing the hire agreement 

1.2 The 'business' 'company' refers to us 'Ramsey bouncers'

1.3 'manned' means hire with staff for the equipment supplied 

1.4 'unmanned' means hire without staff for the equipment

2.0 orders

2.1 by placing an order with Ramsey bouncers you agree and are bound to the terms and conditions 

2.2 when completing your order. You must have the venues/land owners agreement. We can supply insurances and relevent documentation upon request 

2.3 When the deposit is paid you have accepted our terms and conditions on a verbal basis. If you pay the full balance upfront for any hire and decided to cancel. We will refund in a voucher form for the value you paid. 

3.0 delivery and collection 

3.1 our normal working hours for deliveries are 7am-12 pm 3-6 unless specifically specified by venue 

3.2 bookings with a later finsh we will charge an overnight fee this cannot be specified on the day but prior to the booking. Must be a secure place 

3.3 our times for delivery will be finalised 1 day prior to the booking. 

3.4 all equipment will be inspected by a competent person on delivery. Once set up the hire agreement will need to be signed 

3.5 by signing the hire agreement you agree to all the terms set out and are happy with all arrangements,positioning of the equipment.

3.6 once signed the 'customer' is responsible for any damages loss and theft while in their care this includes over night hire. The 'customer' will be liable for the full cost for repair or replacement 

3.7 as we offer overnight hire, time to time we may have to clean on set up please allot 2 hours

3.8 The customer must make sure they have enough space and adequate entrance space for the equipment 1m width. Please note if there are many steps as we must allow more time

Location

4.1 if we deem it an unsafe space we have the right to refuse delivery and the customer will stil be liable for the full cost 

4.2 once set up in the agreed space the 'customer' must not attempt to move alter in any shape or form as this will hinder the equipment unsafe. If the customer does this they will be liable for all damages caused. 

4.3 when delivering we may need to go through the house or any other space specified by the 'customer' we will not be liable for any damages we will ensure we will be as careful as possible 

4.4 The customer will need to make us aware of any underground services we will not be liable for damages caused. Must of our equipment has metal pegs 500mm

4.5 on delivery if we deem it to be unsafe or unfit for purpose we have the right to refuse. Stairs obstructions and stairs the 'customer' has failed to tell us. The full cost of the hire will still be liable 

 

6.0 Equipment

6.1 The business holds the right to change or alter the booking in a event of a breakdown without prior notice 

6.2 The business owns the equipment/hired services at all times.

6.3 size and measurements are approximate 

6.4 we hold in the rights to use pictures and media for advertisement 


7.0 Health and safety 

7.1 No liquids or any other thing  on any part of the equipment hired 

7.2 All equipment must be supervised by an adult over 18 years old additional supervision may be if the group exceeds 3 children. If the client doesn’t they accept all risk and damages the business will not be responsible for repercussions 

7.3 we hold the rights to withdraw equipment if we feel it could endanger lives 

7.4 some of our products are not able to hire without staff 

7.5 appropriate clothing must be worn at all times to prevent burns friction burn John hot weather inflatables in PVC become very hot if the inflatable comes to hot use until the temperature is cool down.

 

Power and generators 

8.1 we will adhere to the ruling on extension cables to prevent breakdowns and potential fire risks 

8.2 Any generators required with be charged at a daily hire if the client uses their own generator they must ensure it meets requirements the business hold no responsibility 

8.3 Most items can be ran by 16 amp plug again we hold no responsibility for any electrical issues to arise in the property 

8.4 if we deem the power source be unsafe, we have the right to refuse delivery

8.5. If generators hired, the client is responsible for all fuel and costs. 


Weather 9.0

9.1 inflatables must not be operated on wind above 24 miles an hour. They’ll be no refunds due to adverse weather conditions.
9.2 when raining the clients wait wait for the period of round past and dry until all the equipment is used again. We can provide towels at request.
regardless of weather the business will always make delivery if extreme weather conditions will contact you one day prior to your booking there will be no reduction refund offered
