Terms and conditions of hire.
- it is your responsibility to make sure there is suitable electric points to plug our blowers or extension leads in to. If you need power we do hire generators for an additional costs. When booking at a venue please confirm with them first that you are able to use their electric points. Once the £25 deposit is paid this is then non refundable and you are responsible for the cost of the full hire amount.
- In the case of cancellation due to weather conditions your deposit or full payment is ONLY transferable to another booking.
- All sizes of our castles are in the descriptions if you need extra information please contact us. If the castle does not fit in the space you require you will still be liable for the full payment of the hire so please check measurements before booking.
- If you need to cancel a booking or rearrange this must be done 48 hours prior to the booking otherwise the payment will not be transferable unless this is due to weather or extreme circumstances.
